I found this on the web and I have used it several time however I would recomend using a quality salad mix rather then just iceburg lettuce not only does it make the dish look better and taste better but It lastes longer inthe fridge before serving.
(I use a bit of rocket to spice it up too) A really simple recipe that has impresed many at parties!
